RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We have a 30 day return policy. If items are returned within 30 days in new condition, we will issue a full refund upon inspection of returned items. Acceptable items returned in the 31-90 day window will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

GREENTEC FLOORING WARRANTY

We offer a 25 year warranty on home installations under normal use conditions, and a 10 year warranty for light commercial use. If installing on concrete, please use poly sheeting to avoid the alkaline moisture. We are not responsible for damage due to improper installations. Flooring must be installed on even subfloors.

SHIPPING

We provide local pickup and local delivery services. Due to the weight of our products, we do not provide local shipping outside of an 80 miles radius from our warehouses.
